The American Cancer Society’s ‘The Big Dig’ – Big Fun for Kids
This will be a great day of fun, helping to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. At the event, kids will get to operate construction equipment- not Tonkas, the BIG toys! 'The Big Dig!'
Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers in Longmont, The American Cancer Society gives your kids the chance to operate (with adult supervision) heavy equipment!
The Big Dig will run 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. that day in a festival setting. Kids will get to get behind the controls of excavators, scissor lifts and more! How much fun would that be if you could be a kid again and move some dirt like the big boys!
Tickets for The Big Dig are $15 - or $50 for a Family Four Pack, benefitting the American Cancer Society.
For more than a 100 years, The American Cancer Society has been leading the fight to end cancer. With your support, they have helped usher in an era where more people survive cancer than ever before. By translating their research findings into action, there has been a 20% decline in US cancer death rates since the early 1990s.
