The Weld Food Bank has a way of turning up the volume on fun and giving as they get set to host the 9th Annual Blue Jean Ball.

The 25th Annual Weld Food Bank Poker Run is coming up on May 4. This was actually the first poker run I did 12 years ago and I rarely miss it.

Tis' the Season! Thanksgiving is here next week and the Weld Food Bank always tries to make sure no one goes hungry over the holidays.

Join Townsquare Media (99.9 The Point, K99, Tri 102.5 and 94.3 Loudwire) and the Weld Food Bank as we help our neighbors in need! Food donations will be accepted from 10AM-6PM on Wednesday September 18th, 2013 at locations in Windsor, Greeley and Evans.

There are few things that make me more sad than knowing that there are kids out there who starve. It really makes you think about dad's old saying "eat all your dinner, there are people starving". It's true, but we can help. A new way to help fight hunger is with the new Kraft, Weld Food Bank Mobile Pantry truck.

The Weld Food Bank is still in desperate need of frozen turkey for the holiday season. Volunteers will be at Wal-Mart Supercenter stores until 2 p.m. today collecting turkeys so they can fulfill all of their requests for Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is only a week away now, and both food banks in Northern Colorado are in critical need of frozen turkey's to meet the communities needs. As someone who feels fortunate to get to spend Thanksgiving in a nice warm home surrounded by family and good food, I ask that you help feed those who are less fortunate this holiday season.

The Weld Food Bank's two-week long 2012 Corporate Food Challenge begins April 2nd, and several area businesses will be vying for the opportunity to hoist trophies high above their heads, while helping to feed the hungry in Weld County at the same time.
