Snowmass

South of Glenwood Springs and north of Aspen lies Snowmass Village. For the fall of 2023, it will be the place to be for some of the most beautiful hot air balloons.

For over 45 years, people have made their way to Snowmass Village for the annual Balloon Festival. The event kicks off with the balloon glow at night.

The ski area first opened on December 15th, 1967 and will hold celebrations all weekend long to honor the big 50th birthday! Where else can you ski or snowboard for under ten dollars in one day? Absolutely nowhere!

You may want to start to winding down the holiday season as soon as Christmas is done. But you shouldn't be sitting in your house while the New Years celebrations occur! These are five Colorado events that are a must see!
