Protecting your pet is important so that they can enjoy activities like running around dog parks or hiking trails or even just extended neighborhood walks.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife had to euthanize a fox after a Colorado Springs woman "kidnapped" it and forced it to be her pet for almost two years.

Thankfully, the cat is now safe at home.
