As Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's loom ahead, worries about high prices caused by inflation are facing many people.

It's a good thing that the city of Fort Collins recovered as well as it did from the financial crisis a few years ago. But that also means that the housing prices continue to increase at a faster pace than what we like.
