The national chain just opened up their first Colorado location in 2017, and plan on opening two more in 2018. With the recent influx of expansion they are doing in the Centennial State, shouldn't Fort Collins be on their radar?

The Mexican restaurant chain first started in Austin, Texas back in 1982 and has grown considerably since breaking ground on their first restaurant. They open a second Colorado location this year.
