With a busy schedule as radio DJ, speed and convenience are first things I look for in preparing dinner.

If the meal can be healthy, well that's a bonus too.

Fortunately I discovered Fort Collins-based Super-Natural Eats. The chef-driven meal service provides succulent restaurant-quality meals carefully crafted with the finest ingredients in a Northern Colorado kitchen.

The service makes it quite easy to stay a foodie with a busy schedule. Owner Ezekiel Cortez has more than 10 years in the foodservice industry, so you know you are getting a high quality product.

My first meals were shrimp Pad Thai, a ground turkey poblano bowl and a chopped coconut chicken. Those were all dishes I would never dream of creating myself and they come packaged with no assembly required.

Unlike some other meal services, all you have to do is reheat the meal in an oven or microwave. Super-Natural Eats especially puts those high-sodium, frozen TV dinners to shame.

It is incredibly easy to order. There's standard or low carb meal options in 4-ounce, 6-ounce and 8-ounce portions. You can have 6, 12 or 18 meals ordered a week. There's extra breakfast dishes you can add on too.

You can create custom meals or order off the weekly menu.

Super-Natural Eats delivers twice a week to most Northern Colorado zip codes in the Fort Collins, Loveland Greeley and Boulder corridor. Delivery fees range from $5-$10.

Take a peek at past meals yourself but beware drooling may occur:
