There is no sure way to prevent breast cancer, but here are some ideas.

Even if it can't be prevented, staying in optimal health is the absolute best bet when it comes to cancer, or any other malady we may experience.

A healthy body has a healthy immune system. When we are sleeping enough, eating properly, exercising and stimulating our emotional and mental faculties, our bodies work better for us.

If we are drinking enough water, are concentrating on eating real food with less preservatives or artificial ingredients, and are making sure that we have a good, digestible supply of the vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and other things that we can put into our body that help it, we put ourselves on the strongest footing to avoid, fight and hopefully thwart disease.
