Scott Sessions Murder Suspect Now Charged with Two Murders
Kevin Dean Eastman, 48, of Greeley is now in the Weld County Jail on charges including two counts of first-degree murder.
Scott Sessions was found dead in Bellevue on February 10, 2020. It was determined that Sessions had died on February 8.
On February 16, Larimer County Sheriff's Office arrested Eastman on first-degree murder charges. With that, there was also an arrest warrant issued for Greeley resident Heather Frank, for suspicion of being involved in the murder.
As LCSO arrested Eastman in Kersey on the 16th, they, along with Weld County Sheriff Office, searched the property and found Heather Frank's remains.
Weld County Sheriff's Office has now charged Eastman with Frank's murder. Larimer County will drop its charges against Eastman and Weld will charge Eastman for both Sessions' and Frank's murders.
It's all very sad, and confusing.
Why would Scott be killed?
How was Heather Frank involved?
How did this all go down?
Hopefully, this case will go to trial and we'll find out more and get needed closure.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. An arrest is merely an accusation of a crime by law enforcement.
