Nothing beats the smile on a kid's face when they're seeing a movie that they love, than not having to pay for them to see it. Downtown Loveland's Rialto Theater will be bringing in six movies that are free and fun, for any age.

Sure, kids should be outside during the summer, but for just over a handful of days for the summer of 2023, it's OK to just relax and make a day out of seeing a show at Loveland's classic theater. To make it even more convenient, they'll even have two showings of each movie on their given day.

It can be a ton of fun to take kids to movies; it's a big event for them. It's definitely not like it was, back in the day, but grabbing some popcorn, grabbing a seat and getting lost in what's on the big screen, remains. When the movie is free, the event is that much greater.

The Rialto recently put in a lot of money into upgrading the sound system, so that will make these six movies even more enjoyable. They're six tales of adventure, which I think is great- the kids will roll out of the theater ready to take on their own adventures this summer. Do you remember being so "pumped" after seeing a great movie that the energy was pulsing through your veins? Me neither; it's been a long time, for sure.

The Rialto's Kids Club will also be giving away prizes at these movies; the more movies that the kids see, the better their chances at winning. You'd better get set to see some movies (or have their sibling take them.) With all that there is to do in Downtown Loveland these days, the adults will have plenty of fun, too.

Technically, summer does not officially begin until June 21, but we'll say "summer" for this, as kids will be "out for the summer" for this series of free movies.
