So, real estate is something I have a major passion for. I accredit it to the fact that I moved eight times in seven years while my husband was in the service, meaning I've learned a thing or two when it comes to finding a well-priced house.

This home is under $300,000 in the desirable city of Fort Collins. It's close to I-25 and under an HOA which includes a park, pool and clubhouse.

The home has three bedrooms and two baths, which is what most people are searching for. It has newer cabinetry and some stainless appliances, too, and I can't quite tell from the photos but it looks like those are stone countertops as well.
