Millions use PayPal to purchase online and soon it could be another payment option at brick and mortar stores.  Ebay, Inc. which owns the popular online payment company announced that PayPal is being tested in a handful of Home Depot stores for POS, or Point of Sale transactions, that means you might be able to use your PayPal account to make in-store purchase in the future.

A pilot program for PayPal's new point-of-sale, or POS, technologies is being run in five Home Depot stores and involves a "small number" of PayPal employees, PayPal spokesman Anuj Nayar said.

While the Home Depot trial is small, Wall Street analysts are excited about the potential.
