Pancake Breakfast to Benefit Windsor’s Fire Museum
Yay! It's a good ol' fashioned pancake breakfast! Get up early and get into Windsor on this day for some great food, then stick around!
The Windsor Severance Fire Museum holds many pieces of firefighting nostalgia - including three antique fire engines. Open on Saturdays from Noon-4 p.m., it really is a neat outing for the family.
Though it is called the Windsor Severance Fire Museum, the museum does not receive any funds from Windsor Severance Fire Rescue (WSFR.) That's why fundraisers are so important to the museum.
On Saturday, April 7, 2018, there will be a pancake breakfast to help out the museum. It starts at 7 a.m. with pancakes, sausage, biscuits & gravy, orange juice and coffee from Human Bean.
And don't think that the WSFR doesn't care about the museum-- they'll be HOSTING the pancake breakfast! It will take place there at Station #1 in Windsor, one block north of Main Street on 7th Street. So, the kids can check out modern-day firefighting equipment too!
The cost (donation) is $6 for adults, $3 for kids 7 through 12, and it will be free for kids 6 and under.
Mmmm, mmm... Pancakes!
