According to Colorado Revised Statutes, Title 42, Article 4, Part 2 (42-4-205) states that when it comes to "Head lamps on motor vehicles," it is a Class B Infraction if you do not have at least one functioning head lamp on each side of your vehicle.

WHAT DOES THAT 'CLASS B INFRACTION' MEAN?

It means you can be ticketed, but it's not going to be taking any points off or your license. It is a minor traffic infraction.
