Northglenn Settles Officer Shooting Lawsuit at $8.75 Million
On Dec. 13, 2017, the Northglenn police fired 12 shots at a stolen vehicle that was accelerating toward them.
The driver, Jeremy Patscheck,was killed and the passenger, Serina Minella, is now paralyzed.
The families of Patscheck and Minella pressed charges and have settled for $8.75 million from the City of Northglenn, according to 9News.
