New Automotive Battery Recycling Location for Larimer County
There's a new location for automotive battery recycling in Larimer County.
Effective Monday, March 14, automotive batteries are being accepted for recycling at the Hazardous Waste Facility at the Landfill across from the drop-off recycling area Monday through Saturday (except Wednesday) between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., according to the Solid Waste Department.
The department asks that customers speak with a Hazardous Waste technician inside the building before unloading batteries, and never leave recycling materials outside the building during off-hours.
