2026 marks 34 years that Mary's Mountain Cookies has been a Colorado success story, having started within the Foothills Fashion Mall in Fort Collins in 1992. Soon, there'll be two more locations, not far from that original spot.

Where are the Two New Mary's Mountain Cookies Coming to Northern Colorado?

It was in late June of 2026, that I saw excitement that Mary's Mountain Cookies would be coming to Main Street in Downtown Berthoud. Then, when at Mary's Mountain Cookies' website, I found out that Windsor was also on the "Coming Soon" list.

Where in Berthoud is Mary's Mountain Cookies Coming?

While Berthoud is not on the "Coming Soon" list like Windsor, the Berthoud Community Facebook group page had the info about a Mary's Mountain Cookies coming to where Berthoud Drug once was at 330 Mountain Avenue; Berthoud Drug is now the west side of town.

This Berthoud location may have a Mary's Mountain Cookies on one side and a market on the other, with soups and sandwiches. If true, folks will have a great dining/drinking area, as City Star Brewing is right across the street.

Where in Windsor is Mary's Mountain Cookies Coming?

I asked Michelle Vance, Executive Director of the Downtown Windsor Alliance, about it, and she said that they had wanted to come to Downtown, but the fact that Missy Kay's Sweet Shoppe was already in Downtown, they decided to go in near King Soopers, where Picasso & Wine was.

I didn't know Picasso & Wine had closed, but indeed, there's was a Mary's Mountain Cookies "Coming Soon" sign on the door.
