The June 23, 2018, fire did major damage to the second floor, and minor damage to the first floor, of the main lodge, which will now be demolished.

It's not totally unexpected that they would have to raze the Main Lodge at Mary's Lake Lodge, after that bad fire.  The Estes Park Trail-Gazette reports that they've finally gotten through a lot of paperwork with several owners and EIGHT insurance companies to now be allowed to begin demolishing the lodge.

Of course, they are still open and doing fine. They hope to begin construction on the NEW Main Lodge by the end of June 2019.
