Loveland’s Mo’ Betta Gumbo Moving Off of 4th Into The Foundry
If you were wondering what businesses are going to be in Loveland's The Foundry, you have at least one answer: Mo' Betta. The Reporter-Herald broke the story on August 13, 2019, of how The Foundry has signed on its first business for the ground-level commercial spaces.
Chef Clay Caldwell has signed a 10-year lease and will be moving his famed Mo' Betta Gumbo to the space on the north end of The Foundry by Lincoln Avenue.
The new space will give the Chef what he has been looking for - more space. According to the Reporter-Herald, the kitchen alone will be almost TEN TIMES the size of the current location's. That means more space to prepare food and more space for more customers-- Mo' Betta, indeed.
As of January 29, 2020, they've announced that the new Mo 'Betta Gumbo; Betta Gumbo, Southern Flavors, will be fully open for business on February 13, 2020. They'll have a soft opening, with select hours, on February 10-12.
