About 360 miles from Fort Collins is Noel, Colorado. Imagine spending the holidays at your own Christmas cabin on over 65 acres of your Colorado own.

I can picture many 'destination' gatherings at my own Christmas cabin, outside of Noel, Colorado. I'd have parties like the Rat Pack on vacation. Martinis, music, dancing, and snow. (hopefully.) I'd have large get togethers because I'd have plenty of space on this huge ranch, about 30 miles from Telluride.

According to Zillow, the ranch is called 'Snow Drift;' I would call it 'Dave's Sensational Snow Drift Rendezvous Resort,' when sending invitations out each year. It would be a festival the weekend before Thanksgiving. I may be overthinking this, as I am more than a couple of paychecks away from affording Snow Drift.

The 10,300 sq. ft. main lodge of the ranch has four bedrooms, and six bathrooms; that's how I like it: More bathrooms than bedrooms. It has a plenty of room for visitors' vehicles with huge garages and a 38-foot heated RV bay.

The ranch sits atop of Dallas Divide; guests and I could sit out on the great deck and take in all the views of the area. 'Another Colorado Mule?' I'd ask, 'Why not,' Sam would heartedly reply.

Zillow tells me that I'd have be bringing in enough money to cover over $34,000 a month, after the down payment. They say I could get about $6,000 for rent each month; that could be an option, I'd still have to come up with $28,000 though. Ah, to dream.
