You could look but you probably would not find another Hollywood star who cares more about the U.S. Military than Gary Sinise. He's proving that, again.

There's no better line in a movie than when Lieutenant Dan says to Forrest Gump, 'I never thanked you for saving my life.' He then turns and hops off the boat into the water. It's a great line because it's heartfelt, but he never really does come out and say it; he just says he hasn't said it. I love it.

'Forrest Gump' was the movie that made Gary Sinise 'famous,' though he'd been an actor in Tinsel Town for long before that. Long before the filming of 'Forrest Gump', he was a supporter of the military and became very active after the attacks of 9/11.

In 2011, Sinise started the Gary Sinise Veterans Foundation, a non-profit that offers services, programs, and events for wounded Veterans.

CBS4 Denver states that a former patient is now its Director of Veteran Programs, Communications and Strategic Development.

Who also is now ready for another watching of 'Forrest Gump'?
