Larimer County – Restaurant Health Inspections

How did I not know about this?

Like many who have worked in the restaurant industry, I know just how gross it can be behind the swinging kitchen door.

I have some takeaways from that time in my life; I never use a restaurant's ice machine, I don't want the lemon wedge and I usually wipe down the rim of my cup after using the soda machine.

But I'm not the only when who's invested in sanitation at restaurants. You can see what the Larimer County Health Department is up to by clicking here. According the the Coloradoan, they are most concerned about critical violations that have the potential to spread food-borne illnesses.
