Well, she's co-captain, at least, with Taylor Swift wearing the other 'C'.

Now, Katy may be the queen of the Super Bowl halftime show.

She was featured recently on ESPN's College Gameday, and killed with her performance.

According to Page 6 of the New York Times, Katy is in final negotiations to make the announcement that may make more Katy-cats tune in to the one of the world's biggest sporting events than ever before.
