Jay's Bistro in Old Town, Fort Collins has been sold again. Two long-time employees of the restaurant have purchased it.

According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan:

Colin Randall and Rhys Edmunds bought the restaurant at 135 W. Oak St. from Florida restaurateurs Norman and Wednesday Vogel. The new owners plan to remodel it this summer, during which the restaurant will briefly close. All of the existing 26 staff members are keeping their jobs and live jazz music will still be featured.

Jay’s Bistro was originally started by Jay and Jacki Witlen, who sold it in 2014.
