Jay-Z joined forces with Coldplay on New Year's Eve to ring in 2013 with a bang.

Coldplay opened the show, playing a full set amass with confetti, glowing bracelets and balloons throughout. The Day-Glo shades were a staple of their live shows for 'Mylo Xyoto,' and the crowd was delighted by the show. The band teamed up with Jigga on 'Lost,' sending the crowd into a steady roar throughout. Hova, happy to be in his hometown and his own arena, performed a 25-song set, donning a slick tux and getting vocal assistance from Bridget Kelly and Coldplay frontman -- and BFF -- Chris Martin.
