Bailey, Colorado is a Hotspot for Bigfoot Sightings + Theories
The small mountain town of Bailey, Colorado, is most famous for being home to the Sasquatch Outpost, an old general store dedicated entirely to Bigfoot.

However, there is a reason that Bailey was chosen for the Bigfoot-themed attraction, as the area has historically been known to be home to numerous sightings. In fact, Bailey is such a Bigfoot hotspot that it's attracted numerous investigators and has spawned many theories as to what exactly the legendary creature is.

Some Bigfoot hunters claim that the cryptid is a flesh-and-blood creature that lives elusively among us in the woods and have often described its menacing eyes and foul smell.

However, the majority of Bigfoot experts who have investigated the woods surrounding Bailey theorize that it is something much more.

A prayer tree, also known as a spirit tree, in Bailey has been confirmed to be so by a Ute Shaman, and a number of Bigfoot sightings and theories have been connected to it.
