The first official day of summer happens this week in Northern Colorado. Usually, we are in full swing sweltering summer weather by now. However, we have seen some unusual weather days as of late. Rain, hail, and mild temperatures have kept the heat at bay for all of May and most of June.

Minus the large amounts of rain, I have quite enjoyed the cooler late spring days. It has been nice not having to turn on the air conditioner or the sprinklers. My bank account is thanking Mother Nature for the weather for sure.
