Customers of a popular Greeley brewery knew that change was coming, but they didn't expect to have to say goodbye so soon.
For the past twelve months, Mike and Kristie, the owners of Rule105 Brewing in Greeley have been attempting to sell their business.

The plan was to step aside and let another dedicated owner take over so that the couple could retire and move to Nebraska to be closer to their grandchildren.

Rule105 Brewing Marketed as Turn-Key Brewery Opportunity
When they initially began this search for a new owner, Mike and Kristie Mosher expressed that this is a turn-key business and the transition to new owners would be easy.
Unfortunately, the search turned out to be unsuccessful.
Despite Multiple Interested Buyers, Sale of Greeley Brewery Fails
In a recent social media post, the Rule105 Brewing team said that there had been nearly two dozen interested parties, but they had failed to see the brewery.
They have reached a decision to cease operation and liquidate the business.
Rule105 Brewing Announces Closure Following Difficult Decision
"This has been an agonizing choice to make because we are so proud of what we created through Rule105," their statement reads.
"We have already missed the first 12 years of our grandsons' lives and don't want to miss anymore."

Rule105 Brewing Sets Final Day of Business in Greeley
