One of the things that I feel we have been missing in Northern Colorado is a good grocery store that carries international ingredients to make truly authentic and unique dishes.

Soon, we won't have to wait long for one of those grocery stores in Northern Colorado. I have been on an asian food kick for the better part of 2026. It all started when my mother-in-law got me a rice cooker for Christmas, and it has been an endless exploration ever since into the Asian culinary scene.

I have been to one of the very few Asian grocery stores in Northern Colorado, but the selection and pricing are very different than the larger asian grocery stores in the Denver Metro Area.

Phu Yen Asian Market Sign Spotted in Loveland

It appears that a new Asian grocery store will be coming to Loveland. A sign has been installed on a building located at the former Outlets at Loveland for a new grocery store that will be opening soon.

While I cannot seem to find any information on the Asian market coming to Loveland, we do know the name. Phu Yen Asian Market will be opening near the Cracker Barrel in Loveland very soon.

As for what grocery items will be on the shelves at Phu Yen Asian Market, we're not sure. However, we are hoping Phu Yen will have a good selection of produce, meats, and fresh seafood options to purchase.

Northern Colorado Could Use More International Grocery Options

It'll be great not to have to drive down to Westminster or Aurora to go to H-Mart for a small bottle of Shaoxing wine to make broccoli beef in the future.

INSIDE THE CONEY ISLAND HOT DOG STAND IN BAILEY, COLORADO

Just a couple of miles west of the heart of little Bailey, Colorado is Stagecoach Road on the south side of Highway 285. Turn off the road into the parking lot, and you cannot miss that 42-foot-long stand at 10 Old Stagecoach Road.
