One of my absolute favorite breakfast burritos is from Palamino Mexican Restaurant in Loveland. And Palamino makes it so easy. You just have to go to the door on the side of the building and ask for the meat you want. Choose from bacon, chorizo, breakfast sausage, or steak.

Typically available from 7-11, get in there and start your morning off right with a yummy breakfast burrito.

If your morning takes you closer to Fort Collins, definitely swing by Mama Perez Burritos. A grab-and-go spot off of Oakridge Drive, it's not only a convenient location, but they stay open until one, because who doesn't want a breakfast burrito for lunch? Known for their fabulous green chili, Mama Perez never disappoints.

Greeley has so many breakfast burrito options that it's hard to narrow them down. But if I had to, I would go with La Fiesta Express, located off 16th Street. This restaurant is family-owned and operated, and they have such good breakfast burrito options. But that's not the best part. All menu items at La Fiesta Express are made from scratch with fresh ingredients.

I love a good drive-through, and you'll find exactly that at Tata's Birritos in Loveland. Specializing in Mexican comfort food, the restaurant offers breakfast burritos that are a must-try, filled with fresh eggs, meat, and cheese. Perfection.
