It’s the End of an Era For This Fort Collins Brewery
A beloved brewery that's been a part of the craft beer scene in Fort Collins, Colorado, for the last decade sadly shared that its doors will soon be closing for good.
Over the weekend, Black Bottle Brewery announced via social media that November will be its last month of business at the midtown Fort Collins location. In the post, Black Bottle staff thanked its patrons for making the brewery a successful small business for almost 11 years.
The Nook family began brewing beer as a garage hobby but eventually transformed that passion into becoming a major player in Fort Collins' competitive craft beer industry.

The owners of the brewery noted they were especially grateful for their loyal regulars and Blacklisted members that stuck through the struggle of COVID and supported them to see the other side. Upon hearing the news, dozens of Black Bottle's customers and clientele left heartfelt comments, expressing their gratitude back toward the brewery.
Black Bottle will continue to offer food and drink through November, and merchandise will be available while supplies last. The establishment also plans on brewing one final batch of The Last Unicorn and will have it available on tap and in cans in the next few weeks.
Fortunately for beer lovers, Verboten Brewing will take over the space at 1611 S. College Ave. as they expand their operation into the Fort Collins area. Verboten already has another Northern Colorado brewery location at 27 E. Fifth St. in Loveland.
