Is This Cat Cute or Creepy? Both! [VIDEO]

I never got into cat videos as much as some of my friends did; but every so often, a cat video comes along that really sticks with me.  This is one of them!

Every time I watch this, I can't decide if I'm amused or creeped out.  I always have to laugh though.  Enjoy!
