I Found the Best Pancake Recipe, So Everyone Else Can Go Home

The other day I woke up with a massive craving: the craving for a perfect, fluffy, buttery pancake. I had something close to perfection on my family trip to Ireland, at a small cafe named Dela that piled bacon on top of their pancakes. A.K.A., the perfect meal.

Mmmm, I'm getting hungry again just looking at it.

I did a quick Google search for a basic pancake recipe and guys, I found it: the perfect pancake recipe. 

To be honest, it's pretty easy to find. It was the first option that came up when I googled 'how to make pancakes'. Maybe you scrolled past it, though, not trusting that #1 on Google Search is truly the best.

I'm here to tell you, though...it is. It really is.
