Spoiler alert: more than you think. Have you filled out yours yet?

According to the United States Census, over 60% of citizens nationally have filled out their 2020 Census.

This means that most of America has provided information that will help "[inform] how billions of dollars in federal funds are distributed for health clinics, school lunch programs, disaster recovery initiatives, and other critical programs and services for the next 10 years."

But what about Colorado? According to Census response rates, 64.8% of our residents have filled out their Census data, with most of that information coming in from the internet.

Northern Colorado is slightly above the state average, with 66.3% filling out in Larimer County and 65.2% in Weld County.

While the official 'Census day' is technically April 1— not a due date, just a key reference date for the Census— you're not too late. If you still haven't filled yours out, the Census Bureau will be reaching out to you if you have yet to complete your form.
