Freddie Mercury’s sister Kashmira Bulsara and his best friend Mary Austin will both receive millions from the profits of biopic Bohemian Rhapsody as a result of the late Queen singer’s will.

Mercury died in 1991, leaving disposal details that included 50 percent of his share of band income to Austin, with a fourth going to his parents and a fourth to his sister. However, since the death of his mother and father, their shares reverted to Austin, while Bulsara continues to receive 25 percent.

While financial details surrounding Bohemian Rhapsody aren’t fully known, the Express reported that Austin is likely to receive around $60 million from the movie’s $900 million box-office takings. Bulsara will be paid around $25 million, while the surviving members of Queen are estimated to be in line for $90 million each.

“I was happy to find out they were going to make the movie,” Bulsara told the Times. “And, although it was very emotional for me, I thought it was tastefully done.”

She added that she had her "own memories to keep my brother alive, especially fun nights hanging out at home. We always made the best of our time together. Freddie always classed London as his home, despite having properties in other parts of the world. Whenever I visited his home here, he had his own chef prepare wonderful meals, then on occasion, he would like to treat me to one of his favorite Indian restaurants. But we always had champagne to begin the evening.”

In March, Austin revealed she initially felt pressured by Mercury’s bequest to her, which included his opulent London home. Saying the “jealousy” of some others had “hit like a bullet train,” she told the Express: “Some of the fans even told me I was only the keeper of the house. That hurt. I know several of Freddie's gay friends were surprised Freddie had left so much to me. There [were] those who thought they should have been left the house. It was like people begrudged me having what he had left me.”

Austin remains in the Garden Lodge house, which she has never redecorated. “Why would I want to change it?” she said. “It is his taste and style. It’s beautiful. His presence is everywhere.”
