With less than four hours of deliberation, the jury came back with a verdict after the 10-day trial had concluded earlier today (November 18, 2019.)

According to Denver 7, Patrick Frazee was found guilty of first-degree murder in the killing of his fiancé, Kelsey Berreth on Thanksgiving Day 2018 in Woodland Park.

Closing arguments happened this morning (November 18) with the jury beginning deliberations a little after 11:00 a.m.  At 2:45 p.m., they were back with the guilty verdict.

Among evidence revealed in the trial is the report that Frazee may have struck Kelsey up to 15 times with a baseball bat that day.
