Fort Collins Welcomes New Ice Cream Shop

If there's one thing that 2020 could use, it's ice cream. Have a cone, 2020, OK? Especially now that Josh & John's is open at Jessup Farm.

We let you know back in January that the Colorado Springs-based Josh & John's Ice Cream will be taking over the former Peleton space at Jessup Farm.

After a stuttered start and then having to shut down, Josh & John's officially opened on May 30, 2020.

Jessup Farm is a great area. I'm a big fan of the brewery, known as the Jessup Farm Barrel Project. I could see making an afternoon of it. Some ice cream, a beer, basking out in the sun, all physically-distanced as necessary, of course.
