You can't blame this guy for being a part of this lawsuit. All he wanted was a salad and ended up in the hospital for over a month. Also, ask him about his kidney.

In April of 2018, a Fort Collins man and his wife bought some romaine lettuce a the King Soopers off of College and Willox. Turns out, that that lettuce was from farms in Yuma, Arizona and infected with the E. Coli bacteria.

The Coloradoan has the story on how the bacteria made William Glaser very, very sick. After suffering for four days, he was taken to the hospital where they diagnosed the E. Coli infection. He was able to leave the hospital 41 days later, after having his heart stop once, and having permanent kidney damage.

William is one of 200 people across 36 states that were infected by the romaine lettuce from Yuma. About 100 of those people, including William, are part of a class-action lawsuit against King Soopers.

Good Luck, William.
