Fire at Oil and Gas Site in Weld County

According to the Denver Channel, there is a fire that is currently burning at an oil and gas site in Weld County. The fire is located near Weld County Road 30 and Weld County Road 47 1/2. The blaze was ignited just before 2 p.m. this afternoon.

All employees have been accounted for and no injuries have been reported. Approximately 3,000 gallons of diesel fuel has burned and there is a possibility of 15,000 gallons that could burn off. Emergency alerts have been sent out to all people within a 1 mile radius of the fire to evacuate.
