The 14th annual 'Pastels on 5th' benefiting Alternatives to Violence was held on Saturday, September 14. Amazing works of art along the sidewalks.

It was a beautiful Saturday in Downtown Loveland for the annual 'Pastels on 5th,' where artists create pieces of art on the sidewalks with chalk.  The event has won the Best Arts & Entertainment for 'Best of Loveland' many times, for a reason.
