Students at Eaton High School are mourning the loss of their dear friend Abigail Silva who died in a car crash along with her step dad last month. So while dealing with the pain of losing one of their best friends, they have come up with the idea to host a car wash this weekend (Oct 16-17).

Abigail and her friends were practically inseparable and according to her closest friends, dancing is what brought them together and brought them the most joy, according to the Greeley Tribune.

So this weekend's car wash event called "Cleaning From the Heart" will be taking place over two days at Heritage Market (180 Elm Ave.) in Eaton.

A GoFundMe account has been created to help with both funeral expenses. Also, every penny raised will be going to the surviving members of the Silva family (Mom, brother and sister).
