Sustainable Living Association of Fort Collins has been holding their Earth Day Festivals since 2011; it's one of the biggest in Colorado. With the 16th event, they've made the move to set up at Odell Brewing.

When Does Fort Collins Usually Celebrate Earth Day?

Sustainable Living Association (SLA) holds its Earth Day Festival every year on a Saturday as close to the actual date of Earth Day (April 22) as possible. Mid to late April in Northern Colorado can be beautiful; Fort Collins included.

When I heard that SLA was moving the event to Odell Brewing, I was pretty excited. It seems like a perfect and logical fit for the event, as Odell has always been a big supporter of community events, so why not bring the Earth Day event to their beautiful brewery and campus?

Not Just a New Venue, But a New Partner As Well

With 2026, not only is SLA teaming up with Odell, but they're also partnering with the Coalition for the Poudre River Watershed, which also makes a ton of sense, as they are hugely involved in protecting the Poudre and surrounding natural areas.
