It's always a good day at Mile High when the Broncos win, but especially sweet when they beat the Raiders.

Denver started out slow, spotting Las Vegas an early 10-0 deficit before Pat Surtain II stepped in front of an ill-advised throw by Raiders QB Gardner Minshew, picked it and took it 100 yards for the first Broncos TD of the day. That play proved to be the momentum changer as Denver poured on 34 total unanswered points to eventually secure the victory. The Raiders added a garbage TD and two-point conversion late, but the fate was already sealed.

It feels good around here on a Monday after a win like that. Even if QB Bo Nix and Broncos head coach Sean Payton were seen verbally spatting on the sidelines a bit - both of which shrugged it off in their post game pressers as mostly a heated joke between two passionate people. Could be worse. We could see coaches and players on the sideline who don't appear to care either way, which is something we've seen a lot of over the last handful of years. So I'll take the fire each of them bring to the game, for sure.

One special guest did make an appearance at the game that has gone somewhat viral across social media.

Prior to the game, a raccoon was spotted climbing up the railings in the stands, presumably looking for his seats? Good thing the Broncos won yesterday, otherwise the "Mile High Dumpster" jokes would probably be running rampant today.
