I decided to do this in honor of National Dog Day which is today, (August 26) but let's face it, there's NEVER a bad day to talk about our dogs and brag on them by showing off pics of them.

We've lived in NoCo for the past year and one of the first things we noticed was just how dog friendly the area was and is...and makes us happy because we are serious dog people. We love all animals but there's just something special about a dog.

Most days I'm pretty positive that dogs are better than people and one of the best things we've done as a family is adopt a dog from the animal shelter. This is our dog Lucy, who we've had since she was about 10 weeks old, she's 2 years old now...

This past week, I highlighted some dogs that were available for adoption through the Larimer Humane Society and the Humane Society of Weld County where there are some pretty awesome deals on adoptions over the next couple of weeks. Plenty of cuties looking for their forever homes.

So even though August 26 is officially National Dog Day, we are and will continue to celebrate our dogs EVERY day and we can start by overloading you with some of the cutest dogs in all of NoCo.

If you want to show us your dog and how insanely cute he or she is, feel free to send us a pic right there on our free app.
