If you venture down the stairs in my home and open the door to the basement, the first thing you will see is my whiskey cabinet. A variety of Colorado-made, barrel proofs, and exclusive store picks make up the majority of my bottles at the whiskey bar.

Soon there will be another bottle to add to the collection. Molson Coors Beverage Company has announced the release of the first full-strength spirit. Five Trail whiskey is set to hit the shelves of Colorado starting September 1.
