The Broadmoor officially opened in 1915; over 100 years later, the resort remains one of the top "destination" hotels in not only Colorado, but America. If you haven't been there, you may think it's "big," but finding out that there are seven restaurants, makes it seem "epic."

Staying at The Broadmoor is a wonderful experience, for those that have done it. I have not, but I'm sure that it's worth every penny. It has history, it has great views, it has many wonderful amenities.

You can golf, swim, hike play tennis and pickleball, go fishing,  rent one of their Cadillacs for a day, go rock climbing, and of course, you can dine.

Dining is really the one thing that everyone does when vacationing. That's probably why The Broadmoor has more than "just a couple" of places within their resort for folks to satisfy their varying appetites.

Whether you're looking for "formal" or more "casual" dining, it's important to keep in mind that they do not allow cell phones in their restaurants.
