Colorado Medieval Festival Comes to Loveland June 2-4
Hear ye, hear ye all lords, ladies, and citizens of Colorado! The Colorado Medieval Festival is happening June 2-4, filling the Savage Woods in Loveland with three full days of fun, food, and live entertainment. Throughout the weekend, join the finest maidens and boldest knights in Northern Colorado for all sorts of authentic Medieval festivities. This includes things like jousting and swordsmanship, an archery range, the Highland Games and Battle of the Bards competition, over 60 vendors and artisans, themed crafts, plus plenty of food and beverage options – and yes, that means massive turkey legs. There will also be live, local music each day, with Loveland's own Wendy Woo Band kicking off Friday's celebration.
Hours for the festival are:
- Friday, June 2nd 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday, June 3rd 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Sunday, June 4th 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $8 and children under 5 can get in for free. Tickets can be purchased online or at the event. A parking fee of $5 per vehicle will also be charged this year. Please remember to leave your pets at home. The Colorado Medieval Festival is located at 1750 Savage Road, two miles west of Loveland, near Devil's Backbone.
