Colorado Ranks Among Top 20 Happiest States in America

The World Happiness Report is out and Colorado comes in at number 19 on the list. Wallet Hub compared all 50 states on environmental factors like income level, activity and emotional health.

A few of the other things the study looked at was leisure time, job security and childhood experiences.

Highest Sport Participation Rate: Washington (Colorado at #2)

Lowest Suicide Rate: New York

Fewest Work Hours: Utah

Lowest Long-Term Unemployment: North Dakota

Highest Income Growth - North Dakota (Colorado and #2)

Highest Volunteer Rate - Utah

Lowest Divorce Rate - Utah

Safest - Minnesota
