Cheyenne PD Makes Funny Video About Turn Signals

It's great when you see officers of the law taking a break from the stress of their jobs to create a video to make you smile.. even when it's about turn signals!

The officers of the Cheyenne Police Department recently shot a video about turn signals. It's good stuff. It starts with one officer getting the viewer ready for a lesson that will happen in the parking lot. Cut to another officer already out there, in the Wyoming wind, dinking around with 'blinker fluid.'
