Best Coffee In Fort Collins – Our Top Five

Coffee, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. Actually, I want to count my favorite places for the Best Coffee in Fort Collins. I drink a lot of it, so in some particular order here are the 5 Best Places for Coffee in Fort Collins.

5. The Bean Cycle - 144 North College in Old Town. The Bean Cycle benefits from it's location and so do the customers. It's laid back and has the type of diversity a hip downtown coffee shop should.

4. The Human Bean - 821 North College. This one is north of Cherry St. in Fort Collins and it is a drive thru coffee stand. Their coffee is good, fast and right there when you need it.

3. Starbucks - North College. Much of this town is anti - corporate coffee. I appreciate the sentiment and frequent locally owned and operated shops as a part of my life. But Starbucks sells great tasting coffee and a very good experience. I'm not going to hate on them because people may think I should. They make some of the best coffee in Fort Collins, so they make the list.

2. Dazbog Coffee - 401 Mason Court (corner of Cherry and Mason). This one is my haunt.

It is right down the street from my house and if you can find a happier, more chipper staff, let me know because I would love to give them some money for coffee.

1. Mugs Coffee Lounge - the original 'Friends Don't Let Friends Drink Corporate Coffee' place. I moved here in 2002 when the College and Olive location was going in and to this day it is a place to see and be seen. The baristas can show you what hip and cute is and the patio is a wonderful place to watch Fort Collins go by. The Best Coffee in Fort Collins goes to Mugs!! As deserved for experience as taste.
